The Boxoffice Company recently identified unusual activity on some of its systems and promptly took steps to shut it down. Showtimes data you entered up to April 4, 2024, will be updated on search platforms. How did it occur? The investigation into the nature and scope of the incident is ongoing and is in its very early stages. We will share additional information directly with our customers as appropriate. What should I do next? Sign up for the Showtimes Entry Tool (SET). SET is an interface where you can enter your programming every week. We can also provide you with a printable if you will need this. To get login information and sign up contact us. I didn’t get an email to sign up If you have not received the welcome email, then contact us and we’ll get you login information as soon as possible. I made an account. How do I log in? Once you have setup your password, you can enter your schedule any time you need to make changes here . How do I use the new Showtimes Entry Tool? Some of my auditoriums are missing from the Showtimes Entry Tool. What do I do? It can happen that we don’t have a full count of your auditoriums for each location. In that case, head to the Cinema Info section of the platform, select the Auditoriums” tab, and add the right number of auditoriums. There is no need to add extra information.
